We chose LeBron James, because he is a good player, and a good man. First of all, we admire him because he supports ideals in us even if we have never met him. LeBron James comes from a poor neighborhood, and became successful, before he started to be a sports item. He broke the 400 points record and he is only 21 years old. LeBron James became a very rich man because of his successes. Now LeBron is a Nike item; Nike signed a contract with him that is going to make him 291 million dollars richer.

Secondly, we admire him because he is a model. What we are trying to say is that he is so young, but he is better than most of the players in the NBA. His records are amazing, almost 40 points each game.

LeBron James is a great man and very unselfish. Many teens admire him. He is called the chosen one because he started with nothing but now he is one of the best players in the world. This is why we chose him as our most admired player.

LeBron James (born on December 30, 1984 in Akron, Ohio) is one of the superstar players of the NBA basketball (The National Basketball Association). He plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers team. His height is 6 feet and 8 inches and he weighs 245 lbs. James is one of the most gifted and talented players in the NBA. He is in this profession for three years. Although he mainly plays the small forward position, he is capable of playing point guard and shooting guard as well. His amazing court skills, passing skills and willingness to share the ball have led many to compare him with the superstar Magic Johnson. He has also been compared to Michael Jordan for his wonderful basket scoring. However, because of LeBron's many talents, the most accurate comparison would be to Oscar Robertson. Despite the fact that he is so young, his extreme talents have many people predicting he will become one of the greatest players of all time.

James first appearance before the public was in 2000, during his freshman year for St. Vincent-St. Mary High School. Led by LeBron, the team won a Division III state championship. James was chosen as the first overall choice of the 2003 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Because of such public interest surrounding LeBron and his tremendous basketball talents, James quickly became one of the most popular players in all of professional sports.

LeBron was raised by his mother, Gloria James; the identity of his father has always been unknown to the public. Because of this glorious career, we truly admire him.
