LAF
was founded in 1997 by Lance Armstrong. He believed that his cure of cancer must
help those not yet cured to beat the cancer. He plans to lead this fight in cancer.
LAF believes that "in the battle with the cancer, unity is
strength, knowledge is power and attitude is everything". (Quotation from the
2nd Bibliography). He built the "Lance Armstrong Foundation" for children
with Cancer. The foundation makes yellow bracelets and each one of them costs
a dollar which is donated to the Lance Armstrong Foundation,
which was founded in 1997 to find a cure for cancer and to help those who have
it.
