Martin Luther King

Who was the youngest Nobel Prize winner?

If you said Martin Luther King Jr., you are right!

At the age of 35, King won the Nobel Peace Prize. He earned $54,123 and donated all of the money to the Civil Rights Fund. Here is a quote from his acceptance speech "I accept the Nobel Prize for Peace at a moment when twenty-two million Negroes of the United States of America are engaged in a creative battle to end the long night of racial injustice".
